The capacity to be a subject of rights and obligations under the law. Defined for natural persons by CC Art. 1 and for the State itself by FN Art. 1. Cannot be revoked or extinguished while the person lives.

The supervisory office of the Sovereign, established by FN Art. 12. It exercises administrative oversight in matters where the law calls for an independent authority — most often consent disputes, registration of acts, and authorisation of dispositions affecting the family or the public interest.

The reigning Prince of Kaharagia, head of state and source of executive authority. Where the law requires sovereign assent (e.g. a sovereign decree), it refers to a formal act signed by the Sovereign in person.
