Sovereign Decree Establishing and Enacting the Data Protection Code of Kaharagia

WHEREAS respect for human dignity and private life requires the lawful and secure protection of personal data;

WHEREAS the digital administration of the State requires clear rules governing the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and security of such data;

WHEREAS the Data Protection Code of Kaharagia has been prepared for this purpose and ought now to be given full force and effect;

NOW, THEREFORE, WE, in Our Sovereign capacity and having duly considered the advice of Our Counsel, do hereby decree as follows:
