Sovereign Decree Establishing General Regulations and Subordinate Instruments of Kaharagia, and Determining Their Issuance, Legal Effect, and Administration

By the Grace of God We MAXIMILIAN Prince of Kaharagia etc., etc., etc.,

WHEREAS the orderly administration of the Nation and State requires a clear and uniform class of subordinate instrument for the prescription of administrative, procedural, organisational, and technical requirements;

WHEREAS it is expedient that the issuance, authentication, registration, and publication of such instruments be entrusted to a single competent authority acting under Our authority;

WHEREAS the Royal Chancellery is charged with the oversight, form, authentication, and publication of the instruments of State;

NOW, THEREFORE, WE, in Our Sovereign capacity and having duly considered the advice of Our Counsel, do hereby decree as follows:
