Article 51 — Structural Continuity

No amendment shall abrogate the unity of Crown, State, and Nation or the sovereignty vested in the person of the Sovereign.

Any purported amendment that expressly denies these principles is null and without effect within the legal order of the State.

3.
This Article shall be construed as an entrenched declaration of constitutional identity, guiding all interpretation and amendment.

4.
Nothing in this Article prevents the Sovereign from reorganising institutions or reforming laws, provided the principles herein are preserved.

5.
The continuity of the Crown and the State is a fundamental premise of all law and shall not be suspended.
