Sovereign Decree on the Regulation of the National Coat of Arms and the Armorial Bearings of Members of the Royal Family

WHEREAS the Arms of the Realm constitute the principal symbol of the Sovereign authority of the Principality of Kaharagia and the unity of the Kaharagian People;
HAVING REGARD TO the duty of the Sovereign to safeguard the dignity, integrity, and lawful usage of the national arms and emblems of the State;
RECALLING that heraldic order and symbolism form part of the constitutional and cultural identity of the Principality, serving as the visible expression of its sovereignty;
ACKNOWLEDGING the responsibility of the Crown to regulate the armorial bearings and standards of the Royal Family in accordance with law and tradition;
NOW, THEREFORE, We, in Our Sovereign capacity, by the authority vested in Us, do hereby Decree as follows:
