Article XIII — Execution, Repeal, and Entry into Force

1. 1.

   Execution of this Decree is entrusted to the Herald Chancellor, acting through the Institute of Heraldry and the Royal Chancellery, under the general supervision of the Secretary of State.

2. 2.

   All prior provisions inconsistent with this Decree are hereby repealed.

3. 3.

   This Decree shall enter into force immediately upon Our Signature, and shall be published for the record in the Royal Kaharagian Gazette.
