Sovereign Decree on the Conferral of Kaharagian Nationality upon Lubos Kordac of the Czech Republic

WHEREAS a petition has been presented to Us by Luboš Kordač for admission among Our subjects;

HAVING REGARD TO Royal Decree No. 3/2010 of 17 July 2010, which elucidates the process of Kaharagian naturalisation;

AND CONSIDERING Royal Decree No. 7/2022 of 5 April 2022, which provides a definition of Kaharagian nationality;

NOW, THEREFORE, WE, in Our Sovereign capacity and having duly considered the advice of Our counsel, do decree as follows:
