Article I — Bestowal of Nationality and Associated Rights

  1. 1.

    The said Luboš Kordač, born on 19 February 2007 in Prague, Central Bohemia, Czech Republic, is hereby granted Kaharagian nationality and citizenship.

  2. 2.

    The aforesaid Luboš Kordač shall henceforth enjoy all the rights, privileges, and duties accorded to natural-born Kaharagian citizens and shall be recognised and regarded as such.
