Article I — Bestowal of Nationality and Associated Rights

  1. 1.

    The said Nathalang Moradok, born on 19 February 2007 in Bangkok, Kingdom of Thailand, is hereby granted Kaharagian nationality and citizenship.

  2. 2.

    The aforesaid Nathalang Moradok shall henceforth enjoy all the rights, privileges, and duties accorded to natural-born Kaharagian citizens and shall be recognised and regarded as such.
