Article I — Bestowal of Nationality and Associated Rights

  1. 1.

    The said Jeremy Lee Edward Davis, born on 16 November 1981 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States of America, is hereby granted Kaharagian nationality and citizenship.

  2. 2.

    The aforesaid Jeremy Lee Edward Davis shall henceforth enjoy all the rights, privileges, and duties accorded to natural-born Kaharagian citizens and shall be recognised and regarded as such.
