Sovereign Decree on the Appointment Three Royal Chaplains and of Members of the Ecclesiastical Household

WHEREAS by Our Sovereign Decree establishing the Ecclesiastical Household, it was ordained that duly ordained clergy may be appointed as Chaplains to the Sovereign to provide spiritual counsel, worship, and pastoral care to the Sovereign and the Royal Family;
WHEREAS We deem it fitting to recognise the devotion, learning, and pastoral merit of the Very Reverend Father Matthew Christopher Kennedy, the Venerable Father Deacon Uriel Patrick-Joan Kennedy, and the Very Reverend Elijah Seraphim McAlister in the service of the Christian faith;
AND WHEREAS the said Reverends have demonstrated qualities of discretion, charity, and fidelity becoming of those who shall minister within the Royal Household;
NOW, THEREFORE, WE, in Our Sovereign capacity and having duly considered the advice of Our Counsel, do hereby decree as follows:
