Article V — Enactment, Publication, and Warrant

  1. 1.

    This Decree shall take effect immediately upon Our Signature.

  2. 2.

    It shall be entered into the Royal Kaharagian Gazette and published accordingly.

  3. 3.

    Warrants confirming the said appointments shall be drawn up in the form of litterae clausae, to serve as formal proof of appointment under the Great Seal of Our Principality.
