Article I — Bestowal of Nationality and Associated Rights

  1. 1.

    The said Dr Peter Lee, born on 29 May 1967 in Port Kembla, New South Wales, Commonwealth of Australia, is hereby granted Kaharagian nationality and citizenship.

  2. 2.

    The aforesaid Peter Lee shall henceforth enjoy all the rights, privileges, and duties accorded to natural-born Kaharagian citizens and shall be recognised and regarded as such.
