Article I — Bestowal of Nationality and Associated Rights

  1. 1.

    The said Daniel Ferreira da Silva, born on 23 September 2004 in São Paulo, Federative Republic of Brazil, is hereby granted Kaharagian nationality and citizenship.

  2. 2.

    The aforesaid Daniel Ferreira da Silva shall henceforth enjoy all the rights, privileges, and duties accorded to natural-born Kaharagian citizens and shall be recognised and regarded as such.
