Article V — Enactment, Publication, and Warrant

This Decree shall take effect immediately upon Our Signature.

It shall be entered into the Royal Kaharagian Gazette and published accordingly.

3.
A Warrant confirming the appointment shall be drawn up in the form of a litterae clausae, to serve as formal proof of appointment under the Great Seal of Our Principality.
