Article II — Implementation and Enforcement

The Government of Kaharagia shall enact all necessary legislation to ensure the prevention and punishment of genocide in accordance with the provisions of the Convention.

Any person or entity found to have committed acts of genocide, as defined by the Convention, shall be subject to prosecution and punishment under the laws of Kaharagia
With Life imprisonment, with a minimum term determined by the court; and
Possible asset forfeiture and reparations to victims.

3.
The Principality shall cooperate with international institutions and other states in efforts to prevent genocide and to bring perpetrators to justice, including recognising the jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice where applicable.
