Article I — Bestowal of Nationality and Associated Rights

   The said Yannick Beuvelet, born on 02 March 1996 in Haguenau, Alsace, France, is hereby granted Kaharagian nationality and citizenship.

2. 2.

   The aforesaid Yannick Beuvelet shall henceforth enjoy all the rights, privileges, and duties accorded to natural-born Kaharagian citizens and shall be recognised and regarded as such.
