Sovereign Decree Establishing and Enacting the Civil Code of Kaharagia

WHEREAS the orderly conduct of civil life requires clear and consistent rules concerning persons, families, property, obligations, and succession;

WHEREAS legal certainty, fairness, and the peaceful settlement of private rights are essential to justice and good government;

WHEREAS the Civil Code of Kaharagia has been prepared for this purpose and ought now to be given full force and effect;

NOW, THEREFORE, WE, in Our Sovereign capacity and having duly considered the advice of Our Counsel, do hereby decree as follows:
