Article II — Application and Interpretation

Subject always to the Fundamental Laws and Principles of Kaharagia, the Civil Code of Kaharagia shall govern the civil status and capacity of persons, family relations, property, obligations, contracts, succession, and civil liability.

All existing laws, decrees, regulations, and other instruments shall be interpreted and applied consistently with the Civil Code of Kaharagia and shall have no force to the extent of any inconsistency.

3.
The authenticated text of the Civil Code of Kaharagia shall be maintained by the Royal Chancellery and reproduced in KáhaLex without substantive alteration.
