Sovereign Decree Establishing and Enacting the Criminal Code of Kaharagia

WHEREAS the preservation of peace, public order, and justice requires that offences and sanctions be clearly and lawfully defined;

WHEREAS no person ought to be subjected to criminal sanction except in accordance with law and the fundamental principles of justice;

WHEREAS the Criminal Code of Kaharagia has been prepared for this purpose and ought now to be given full force and effect;

NOW, THEREFORE, WE, in Our Sovereign capacity and having duly considered the advice of Our Counsel, do hereby decree as follows:
