Sovereign Decree Establishing and Enacting the Nationality Code of Kaharagia

WHEREAS nationality expresses the enduring legal bond between the Crown, the State, and the Kaharagian national;

WHEREAS the dignity and integrity of nationality require clear and uniform rules governing its acquisition, retention, and loss;

WHEREAS the Nationality Code of Kaharagia has been prepared for this purpose and ought now to be given full force and effect;

NOW, THEREFORE, WE, in Our Sovereign capacity and having duly considered the advice of Our Counsel, do hereby decree as follows:
