Article II — Application and Interpretation

1. 1.

   Subject always to the Fundamental Laws and Principles of Kaharagia, the Nationality Code of Kaharagia shall govern the acquisition, recognition, retention, renunciation, deprivation, and termination of Kaharagian nationality.

2. 2.

   All existing laws, decrees, regulations, and other instruments shall be interpreted and applied consistently with the Nationality Code of Kaharagia and shall have no force to the extent of any inconsistency.

3. 3.

   The authenticated text of the Nationality Code of Kaharagia shall be maintained by the Royal Chancellery and reproduced in KáhaLex without substantive alteration.
