Article 21 — Motto and Anthem

1. 1.

   The motto of the State is “Pro Deo et Patria” (“For God and Country”).

2. 2.

   The national anthem of the State is “Sa Candha” (“The Song”).

3. 3.

   The authoritative text, music, and authorised versions of the motto and anthem shall be determined by Sovereign Decree and recorded in the registers of State.

4. 4.

   The Sovereign may by Sovereign Decree adopt, alter, or discontinue the motto or anthem.
