Article 18 — National Symbols

1. 1.

   The State shall have national symbols representing the Crown, the State, and the Kaharagian Nation.

2. 2.

   The national symbols of Kaharagia are:

   1. the flags of the State, including the Standard of the Sovereign, the National Flag, the Civil Flag, the State Flag, the Cultural Flag, and the Banner of the Royal House
   2. the Coat of Arms, in its lawful forms
   3. the Great Seal and other seals of State
   4. the motto
   5. the anthem
   6. such other symbols as the Sovereign may designate.
3. 3.

   The form, specification, and protocol for the use of each national symbol shall be determined by Sovereign Decree and recorded in the registers of State.

4. 4.

   The Sovereign may regulate and protect national symbols, including by restricting official use and by prohibiting falsification, counterfeiting, or misleading use, as provided by law.
