Article II — Heredity and Succession

1. 1.

   The dignity of Baron White is hereditary, descending to the legitimate first-born or lawfully adopted heir, irrespective of sex, in accordance with the laws of the Principality.

2. 2.

   In the absence of such an heir, the dignity shall pass to the senior qualified member of the family most closely related to the last holder, as determined by the Courts of Kaharagia upon petition.

3. 3.

   Failing such person, the dignity shall revert to the Crown and thereupon determine.
