Article III — Precedence and Duties

1. 1.

   The holder shall take place and precedence among holders of the rank of baron according to the date of this creation, save where special precedence is otherwise granted by Us.

2. 2.

   The holder shall maintain conduct consonant with the honour of the Nobility, render counsel to the Crown when called, and uphold the peace, dignity, and good order of the Principality.

3. 3.

   The holder owes true and faithful allegiance to the Sovereign and obedience to the laws of Kaharagia; grave misconduct or disloyalty may be proceeded against as provided by law.
