Article I — Reclassification of Grades

  1. 1.

    The Fourth and Fifth Grades of the Order are hereby merged and reclassified as a single grade, styled Knight (for gentlemen) and Dame (for ladies).  

  2. 2.

    Following this merger, the Order shall consist of four grades, ranked from First (highest) to Fourth (Knight/Dame).
