Article III — Transitional Provisions

1. 1.

   All persons presently holding the classes Knight First Class / Dame First Class and Knight Second Class / Dame Second Class are henceforth deemed members of the Fourth Grade (Knight/Dame) of the Order.  

2. 2.

   Reclassified members may obtain the new insignia upon application to the Chancellery of the Kaharagian Honours; no new certificate shall be required.
