Sovereign Decree on the Conferral of Kaharagian Nationality and Citizenship to Caitlyn May Whetstone of Warren, Ohio, United States

WHEREAS A petition has been presented to Us by Caitlyn Whetstone for admission among Our subjects;

HAVING REGARD TO Royal Decree No. 3/2010 of 17 July 2010, which elucidates the process of Kaharagian naturalisation;

And CONSIDERING Royal Decree No. 7/2022 of 5 April 2022, which provides a definition of Kaharagian nationality;

Now, THEREFORE, We, in Our Sovereign capacity, having considered these factors and with the authority vested in Us, do hereby decree as follows:
