Article I — Bestowal of Nationality and Associated Rights

  1. 1.

    The said CAITLYN MAY WHETSTONE, born on 21 April 2005 in the United States of America and presently residing in Warren, Ohio, United States, is hereby granted Kaharagian nationality and citizenship.

  2. 2.

    The aforesaid Caitlyn May Whetstone shall henceforth enjoy all the rights, privileges, and duties accorded to natural-born Kaharagian citizens and shall be recognised and regarded as such.
