Article II — Implementation and Enforcement

   This decree shall take effect immediately upon its promulgation. All subjects of the realm, court officials, and servants of the Crown shall adhere to this decree.

2. 2.

   The execution of this decree shall be overseen by the relevant authorities and the Crown, specifically, Our Secretary of State.
