Sovereign Decree Establishing and Enacting the Fundamental Laws and Principles of Kaharagia

WHEREAS the preservation of sovereignty, lawful authority, constitutional order, and the continuity of the State requires a clear and enduring body of fundamental law;

WHEREAS it is necessary to declare the principles upon which the State is constituted and according to which all public authority shall be exercised;

WHEREAS the Fundamental Laws and Principles of Kaharagia have been prepared for this purpose and ought now to be given full force and effect;

NOW, THEREFORE, WE, in Our Sovereign capacity and having duly considered the advice of Our Counsel, do hereby decree as follows:
