Article I — Establishment and Enactment

   The Fundamental Laws and Principles of Kaharagia, comprising Articles 1 through 51 and set forth in Annex A, are hereby established, enacted, and promulgated as the supreme fundamental law of the State.

2. 2.

   Annex A forms an integral and binding part of this Decree and shall have full force and effect accordingly.
