Article II — Supremacy and Interpretation

1.
All laws, decrees, regulations, and other instruments of the State shall be interpreted and applied consistently with the Fundamental Laws and Principles.

2.
Any existing law or instrument inconsistent with the Fundamental Laws and Principles shall have no force to the extent of the inconsistency.

3.
The authenticated text of the Fundamental Laws and Principles shall be maintained by the Royal Chancellery and reproduced in KáhaLex without substantive alteration.
