Article 24 — Dynastic Matters

Dynastic matters include:
- succession to the Crown and sovereign dignity
- titles, styles, honours, and precedence of members of the Royal House
- governance and internal organisation of the Royal Household
- marriage, children, and family matters of members of the Royal House
- private property of members of the Royal House
- legitimacy, adoption, and recognition of issue for dynastic purposes
- regalia, heraldry, and armorial bearings of the House
- internal discipline and offices of the Household
- funeral and burial rites and dynastic memorials
- establishment, governance, and recognition of cadet branches.

The classification of a matter as dynastic is determined by the Sovereign in accordance with Royal House Law.

Dynastic determinations take effect upon the act or registration prescribed by Royal House Law and, where relevant, upon entry in the appropriate public register.
