Article 37 — Promulgation of Law

Law is promulgated by the Sovereign.

No Code, Act, Sovereign Decree, or other instrument having the force of law shall take effect unless issued or assented to by the Sovereign in the form prescribed by law.

3.
The Sovereign may legislate directly or may authorise the preparation of drafts by ministers and organs, subject to sovereign approval.

4.
The promulgation of law renders the norm binding within the State.

5.
The formal requirements for promulgation, including signature and seal, shall be provided by law and by Article 40.
