Article 6 — Supremacy

1.
These Fundamental Laws and Principles are the supreme source of law within the State and prevail over all subordinate legislation.

Any Code, Act, Decree, Regulation, or other norm inconsistent with these Fundamental Laws and Principles has no force to the extent of the inconsistency.

3.
All public authorities shall interpret and apply subordinate law, so far as possible, consistently with these Fundamental Laws and Principles.

4.
The Sovereign alone may amend these Fundamental Laws and Principles in accordance with Title X.

5.
The supremacy of these Fundamental Laws and Principles extends to all organs and officials exercising public authority.
