Article I — Recognition and Authorisation

1. 1.

   Kaharagian nationals may accept and wear foreign orders, decorations, and medals only if such honours are formally recognised and authorised by the Sovereign.

2. 2.

   Recognition shall be extended solely to:

   a. Honours conferred by recognised sovereign states with which Kaharagia maintains diplomatic or friendly relations.

   b. Decorations awarded by intergovernmental or international organisations acknowledged by the Principality.

   c. Orders of chivalry and merit whose legitimacy is accepted by the Sovereign.
