Article V — Implementation and Oversight

  1. 1.

    The Secretariat of State, through the Chancellery of Honours, shall maintain an official register of all foreign honours recognised and authorised for wear by Kaharagian nationals.

  2. 2.

    The Chancellery shall review and update the register annually and submit it to the Sovereign for approval.
