Article II — Application and Approval

1. 1.

   Nationals offered a foreign honour shall submit a request for approval to the Secretariat of State, through the Office of the Chancellery of Honours.

2. 2.

   Applications shall include full details of the honour, the granting authority, and the circumstances of the award.

3. 3.

   No foreign honour may be worn or publicly displayed without written authorisation from the Sovereign.
