Article II — Expulsion from Orders and Recall of Insignia

1. 1.

   The said Pedro Casillas Capetillo is expelled and struck from the rolls of:

   1. the Most Illustrious Order of Saint Michael the Archangel; and

   2. the Royal Order of the Kaharagian Eagle.

2. 2.

   All diplomas, patents, or certificates of appointment to the aforesaid Orders are annulled, and all collars, badges, stars, ribands, mantles, or other insignia are recalled and shall be forthwith surrendered to the Chancellery of the Kaharagian Honours.

3. 3.

   The Chancellors of the said Orders shall enter the expulsion on their respective rolls and notify the Royal Kaharagian Gazette for public record.
