Article IV — Directions for Execution and Record

1. 1.

   Execution of this Decree is entrusted to the Herald Chancellor (Chancellor of the Realm), acting through the Royal Chancellery, the Chancellery of the Kaharagian Honours, and the Institute of Heraldry.

2. 2.

   The Royal Chancellery shall issue such notices, recalls, and demands for surrender as are necessary; the Institute of Heraldry shall update and certify all relevant registers; and the Chancellery of the Kaharagian Honours shall recover insignia and correct all rolls.

3. 3.

   This Decree shall be published in the Royal Kaharagian Gazette for the record.
