Article III — Revocation of Nationality

1. 1.

   The Kaharagian nationality of the said Pedro Casillas Capetillo is revoked, and he is thereby denaturalised, losing all rights, privileges, and protections attaching to nationality of the Principality.

2. 2.

   The Register of Nationals shall be amended to reflect this revocation; any passports, identity cards, or certificates issued by or on behalf of the Principality are cancelled and shall be surrendered without delay.

3. 3.

   All competent authorities shall give effect to this revocation and treat any contrary claim as null and void.
