Article I — Establishment of the Royal Chancellery

There is hereby established an office of the state to be known as the Royal Chancellery.

The Royal Chancellery shall serve as the principal authority for the preparation, formatting, publication, and standardisation of all official instruments of the Crown, including Royal Decrees, Directives, Laws, and Letters Patent.

3.
It shall report directly to Us, the Sovereign, and act under Our immediate authority in all matters relating to the authentication, style, and record of state instruments.
