Article IV — Oversight and Enforcement

1. 1.

   The Secretary of the Royal Chancellery shall be responsible for the enforcement of this Decree and for the immediate organisation and commencement of the office’s work.

2. 2.

   All officers of the Crown, courts, ministries, and institutions of the Principality shall recognise and cooperate with the Royal Chancellery in matters relating to the form, publication, and authentication of state acts.

3. 3.

   Wilful failure to comply with the prescribed standards of the Royal Chancellery shall constitute an offence against the dignity of the Crown and may be proceeded against in accordance with law.
