Article II — Leadership and Structure

1. 1.

   The Royal Chancellery shall be headed by a Secretary of the Royal Chancellery, who shall also hold the dignity of Keeper of the Great Seal of Kaharagia.

2. 2.

   The Secretary shall be assisted by a Clerk of the Royal Chancellery, responsible for the administrative, archival, and publishing functions of the office.

3. 3.

   Such additional officers or assistants as may be required for the effective discharge of the Chancellery’s duties may be appointed by the Sovereign, upon the recommendation of the Secretary, in accordance with their competence and the needs of the office.
