Sovereign Decree Establishing the Coat of Arms of Kaharagia, Its Heraldic Blazon, Forms, and Lawful Use

By the Grace of God We MAXIMILIAN Prince of Kaharagia etc., etc., etc.,

WHEREAS heraldic arms are among the most ancient juridical symbols of sovereignty, signifying lawful authority, continuity of rule, and the unity of Crown and State;

WHEREAS the Arms borne personally by the Sovereign represent both dynastic right and the constitutional embodiment of the Principality of Kaharagia;

WHEREAS it is necessary to establish, with precision and permanence, the blazon, components, authorised forms, precedence, and lawful use of the Arms of Kaharagia, so as to prevent confusion, misuse, diminution of dignity, or unauthorised assumption of sovereign symbols;

NOW, THEREFORE, WE, in Our Sovereign capacity and having duly considered the advice of Our Counsel, do hereby decree as follows:
