Article IV — Allocation and Lawful Use

1. 1.

   The Full Achievement is reserved exclusively to the Sovereign and may be used only with His express consent.

2. 2.

   The Middle Achievement is reserved for official use by the Royal Court and institutions directly attached to the person and household of the Sovereign.

3. 3.

   The State Achievement is authorised for use by the Government, ministries, agencies, courts, and officials acting in the name of the Crown and the Principality.
