Article III — Lawful Forms of the Arms

1. 1.

   The following lawful forms of the Arms are hereby established:

   1. The Full Achievement, consisting of the shield, Royal Crown, supporters, banners, compartment, mantle, orders, insignia, motto, and all appurtenances.

   2. The Middle Achievement, consisting of the shield, Royal Crown, supporters, compartment, and the Order of Saint Michael the Archangel, but excluding the mantle and banners.

   3. The State Achievement, consisting solely of the shield surmounted by the Royal Crown, without supporters, orders, collars, banners, mantling, or personal insignia.

2. 2.

   No other form, variation, abridgement, or composite use of the Arms shall be deemed lawful unless expressly authorised by the Sovereign.
