Article II — Heraldic Blazon and Description

The Arms of Kaharagia are blazoned as follows:
Arms: Gules, a griffin passant Or, armed Or, holding in the dexter claw a scimitar Argent hilted Or; the field semé of mullets of six points Or.
Crown: Upon the shield, the Royal Crown of the Prince of the Kaharagians, proper.
Supporters: Two wild men proper, wreathed about the head and loins with leaves Vert, each holding a club proper and also grasping the pole of a banner charged with the Arms of Kaharagia.
Banners: Banners Gules, each of Schwenkel form, the tapering tail reflexed and passing behind the staff, terminating in tassels Or, charged with the Arms on the shield below, and borne upon staffs Or headed with spearheads Or, held by the supporters.
Compartment: A platform Or.
Mantle: A mantle Gules doubled Ermine, flowing from the Royal Crown, gathered and tied into ornamental bunches with cords and tassels Or.
Orders and Insignia: The collar and badge of the Most Illustrious Order of Saint Michael the Archangel, displayed pendent beneath the shield.
Motto: A scroll Gules edged Or, bearing the words “PRO DEO ET PATRIA” in letters Or.

The blazon and description set forth in this Article shall constitute the sole authoritative heraldic definition of the Arms of Kaharagia. All representations shall conform thereto.
